SwissMobile winter routes

From the 2017-2018 winter season, existing winter routes have joined the vast SuisseMobile network. For the canton of Vaud, there will initially be 10 winter walking routes, 19 snowshoeing paths, 15 cross-country tracks and 2 sled runs.

One of a kind, SuisseMobile is a major national route network focusing on soft mobility. Clear signage and digital tools allowing to organise these activities down to the last detail make the success of SuisseMobile.
Focusing until now on walking, cycling, mountain biking, skating and canoeing routes, SuisseMobile is launching winter routes for walking, snowshoeing, cross-country and sledding as of the winter season of 2017-2018.
Users find the same features of the SuisseMobile network, i.e. good information on the internet, routes that are usually of easy to medium difficulty, good public transport access to the points of departure and arrival and clear signage, which is dismantled at the end of the season (pink for hiking and snowshoeing, turquoise for the cross-country tracks and lilac blue for sled runs).
